The length of time that your role will be on our platform is up to you
You will be matched to Talent immediately so we hope that you will find someone straight away and that you can fill your role quickly. But we know its not always love at first sight, so sometimes you may choose to advertise the role for a little longer - and that's fine!
When creating your job posting you can decide how long to advertise it for. And you can come back and close the role early or extend it if you need to.
Within the job posting, scroll down and find 'Opportunity Settings'
From here you can set how many positions are available as well as how long you would like to keep the role open for
Select the number of days / weeks / months
You will receive a reminder shortly before the role is due to expire and you must shortlist & connect to Talent before the role is closed. If you want to leave the role open, you can extend the time by editing the Job posting and updating the 'Duration of Opportunity'
Once a role has been closed, we will stop matching the role to new Talent and you will not be able to shortlist or connect to Talent. If you want to connect to new Talent, you will need to post a new role.
