When viewing my profile, what personal information can be seen?
Protecting your personal information is important to us and is also key to keeping any unconscious bias out of the hiring process. To ensure this happens, no personal identifying information is given to the employer until you connect with them.
The best way to see what your profile looks like to an employer is by pressing 'View Profile' from your dashboard.
An employer will only see the information shown in the Profile Summary, Aspirations, Values & Essence pages
Personal Details will remain private and cannot be seen by an employer
