Shortlisting Talent
Once shortlisted, you will be able to send a connection request to anyone who you want to talk to or interview. Do this from your dashboard
The Talent will either accept or decline the invitation.
Once accepted an instant message box will appear within 'Messages'
We encourage Talent to send the first message to introduce themselves but you can too. This is your chance to get to know them better and invite them to interview
