      What happens after I am matched?

      You have been matched - what happens next?

      1. Talent Seekers will view profiles of the Talent who they have been matched to.
      2. Talent Seekers will shortlist anyone they are considering for the role 
      3. They will send a connection invitation to Talent who they want to speak with or interview. You will see this notification on your dashboard.- see Connects
      4. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the invitation. If accepted, you will be given the details of the Talent Seeker to send over your contact name and email address to start discussing the opportunity in detail.
