The two common reasons why an activity may not launch are:

As part of the Strengthscope Activity, you will be given a full report that explains your strengths. To help create this report, we require you to provide us with your full name so that it can be fully personalised.
Please ensure this is complete within your Day One profile before continuing.
Pop Up Blockers in place:
On Mac OSX in Safari, attempts to Launch the StrengthScope assessment may appear to do nothing. A potential cause of this is Safari's pop up blocker. In the address bar you may notice a notification which states "Pop-up Window Blocked".
To access the StrengthScope assessment, you will need to click the icon highlighted above to launch the StrengthScope window.
