Ooops. Sorry, its frustrating when things don't always run smoothly...
The lab should save your progress - but if you leave within the first 15 mins of starting, the lab may reset and you will have to start again. You have 7 days to resume the lab.
Sometimes, if you have exited the Lab after achieving the minimum pass mark (80%) it can mark as complete.
If you were unable to complete the activity but it has marked you as complete, please email us at customerservice@dayonework.com and we will reset the lab for you
