Interview: Speech is not detected

Is the software not recognising your speech?

Have you received either of the following messages?

Interview Failed: Speech has not been detected

SpeechSDK not found

 

There are a couple of reasons why this might happen but we know how to resolve it!

1) You have an ad-blocker activated. This can interfere with the software. Try de-activating the ad-blocker. You can re-enable it after you have done the activity

2) You have web extensions added to your browser that are preventing the software from working. Try a different browser. We find that Microsoft Edge often works best.

3) Clear your cache and cookies
