How long will it take for me to complete the onboarding activites?

Completing your profile and activities

There are 3 main activities you need to complete, the time taken will vary. 

1. Create your profile -
   Include as much information as you can that best highlights your strengths, skills and experience.
   
   
2. Complete the 'work based activities' -
   This will be in the form of a 'Lab' where you will be given a Microsoft document and will be asked to answer questions on the data inside. Allow up to 30 minutes for these work based activities.
   
   
3. 'Getting to know you' Interview -
   This is your first interview. Take your time and practice as much as you need to.
   You will receive coaching feedback so that you can submit your final interview when you are ready.
