Connecting to employers
Employers will send a connection invitation to Talent who they want to speak with or interview. You will see this notification on your dashboard.- see Connects
You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the invitation. If accepted, an instant message box will appear within 'Messages'
We suggest that you send the first message to properly introduce yourself. Remember, up until this point, the employer has not seen any personal details, so this is your chance to give your name and meet them properly.
You can ask questions about the role or the company and the employer will give you more information on the next stage of their hiring process
