Talent Seekers will send a connection invitation to Talent who they want to speak with or interview. You will see this notification on your dashboard.- see Connects
You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the invitation. If accepted, you will be given the details of the Talent Seeker to send over your contact name and email address to start discussing the opportunity in detail.
