Applying for a role
You don't need to apply for a role that you have seen.
If a role appears on your dashboard, you have been instantly matched. This is because you have the skills that the Talent Seeker is looking for. Talent Seekers will contact you if they want to take you further
- Talent Seekers will view profiles of the Talent who they have been matched to.
- Talent Seekers will shortlist anyone they are considering for the role

A Talent Seeker will invite you to connect and you will be notified via the platform - so keep an eye out for invitations!
- If you want to progress with the application, accept the invite and send the Talent Seeker an email to introduce yourself
- If you are not interested in the role, you can decline the invitation.
