Cancelling a subscription
All Day One Subscriptions last for 12 months from the date of purchase. This is regardless of the payment plan chosen.
Once a subscription has been purchased, you have 14 days with which to cancel. You will receive a refund of the amount paid minus the cost for the period used. This will be refunded back to the card on which the payment was made.

After the 14 day cooling off period, in line with the Terms & Conditions of purchase, cancellation requests will not be accepted within the contract period.
