How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling a subscription

Annual subscriptions

These last for 12 months from the date of purchase. The subscription will auto-renew after 12 months unless cancelled. To do so, contact us more than 30 days prior to the end of the contract period, in writing at customersuccess@dayonework.com and we will arrange this for you.

Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle

 

Monthly Subscriptions

Go to 'Billing' & select 'cancel'. This will take effect from the start of the next billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the current cycle. If you have any issues accessing your account to cancel, please email us with your details and your request at customersuccess@dayonework.com

Once cancelled, any existing job postings will be expired and you will lose access to any Talent who you have matched to or connected to. 

Your account will remain active and to create a new job posting, a new subscription will need to be purchased and new roles posted. You will have access to expired postings that can be cloned and re-posted, but cannot be re-opened 

 

Cooling Off Period

Once a subscription has been purchased, you have 14 days with which to cancel. You will receive a refund of the amount paid minus the cost for the period used. This will be refunded back to the card on which the payment was made.

After the 14 day cooling off period, in line with the Terms & Conditions of purchase, cancellation requests will not be accepted within the contract period.
