Your "token has expired"? Don’t worry - here’s what to do!

We know it’s super annoying when you’re about to dive into an onboarding activity in a virtual lab, and then something goes wrong because your session timed out right as you launched it...

Don't panic, we’ve got you covered with a quick fix!

  1. What’s happening?
    When you’re launching one of your onboarding activities and your session 'times out', it means your token (which is like a temporary pass that keeps you logged in to the lab) has expired. But don’t worry, it won’t log you out of the platform completely!

  2. The quick fix?
    If this happens simply refresh the page (hit that circular arrow 🔄 at the top of your browser - or press F5). This refresh should solve the issue, and then you can jump right back into your activity.

  3. Why Does This Happen?
    We know this isn’t ideal - our tech team is already investigating. We're working on it behind the scenes as a priority to give you a much smoother experience.
