Don't panic, we’ve got you covered with a quick fix!
- What’s happening?
When you’re launching one of your onboarding activities and your session 'times out', it means your token (which is like a temporary pass that keeps you logged in to the lab) has expired. But don’t worry, it won’t log you out of the platform completely! - The quick fix?
If this happens simply refresh the page (hit that circular arrow 🔄 at the top of your browser - or press F5). This refresh should solve the issue, and then you can jump right back into your activity. - Why Does This Happen?
