What do employers see from the work completed in the activities?
'Getting to know you' interview -
- Employers will not see the video you submit on your 'Getting to know you' interview. They will not see the video or hear your voice, but they will see feedback from the interview you submit.
Labs -
- Employers will see the level at which the work was completed
- They will also see methods used to complete the task
(e.g. using Excel as an example – did the candidate use filters to get the results? did the candidate use formulas where appropriate?)
