Once you have submitted the activity for grading, you will not be able to re-launch the lab again. If you achieve a grade of over 80% across all questions, it will be marked as complete
If you had to stop the activity before finishing, or had technical difficulties, you should be able to close down the Lab and reopen it to complete the activity. You have up to 7 days to re-attempt the activity. If for any reason this happens but you cannot re-enter the lab, please contact us to reset it for you - this can be requested via the online chat - ask for Support / Speak to a human or email us at customerservice@dayonework.com
