There are things that you can do to boost your profile if you like a role
You don't need to apply for a role on the platform - once you have been matched a Talent Seeker will review profiles and shortlist anyone who they want to take forward. They will contact you if you have been selected. (Also see Connections: https://knowledge.dayonework.com/knowledge-base/how-do-talent-seekers-contact-me)
There are other ways you can show your interest in a role:
1) Press 'Like' from the Opportunity page
2) Qualifying questions; if a Talent Seeker has asked a question as part of the Opportunity, you will this from your dashboard:
Enter the opportunity and at the bottom of the page will be the question you need to answer. Talent Seekers will see your answers - any answer posted will only be seen by that Talent Seeker
