You don't need to wait for Talent to apply for the role. As soon as you publish your opportunity, you will be matched to Talent who have the skills that you are looking for.
- You can review Talent profiles and shortlist as many Talent as you would like.
- Send a connection invitation to anyone who you want to talk to or interview.
- Talent will have the opportunity to accept or decline the invitation. If accepted, they will be given the details to establish an email conversation with you. From here you can arrange an interview or move into the next stage of your application process.
