Seeing matched Talent
You don't need to wait for Talent to apply for the role. As soon as you publish your opportunity, you will be matched to Talent who have the skills that you are looking for.
- You can review Talent profiles and shortlist as many Talent as you would like.
- Send a connection invitation to anyone who you want to talk to or interview.
- Talent will have the opportunity to accept or decline the invitation. If accepted, you will receive a notification and see their details in the Message section
- We encourage Talent to send the first message to introduce themselves, but you can do that too. From here you can learn more about them or go straight to arranging an interview
